Types of information that you voluntarily provide can include: your name, email address, website URLs, payment and billing information, and other comments. This information is stored in the content database and is only accessible by administrators or authorized members of the Board of Directors. Payment information is securely stored and can be removed from your online account at any time by visiting My Account.
Our online shopping cart (Workshops, Memberships, Donations, Art Purchases) requires you to input personal information such as name and address, payment information, and contact information in order to complete your purchase. By providing your contact information you are opt-in to receive a direct email about your purchase, which may include a tax receipt. By providing your mailing or delivery address you are opt-in to receive the products you may have purchased.

Email Opt-In / Unsubscribe
Unsubscribe options are always available in the event you no longer wish to receive email newsletters or communications from us. At no time will we use your contact information to send unsolicited emails. We use Constant Contact for our email newsletters and there are unsubscribe options at the bottom of every email.
Charitable Donations
Donations made to the Sanford Brush and Palette Club are processed immediately with your chosen payment method. We are unable to provide refunds for charitable contributions. You will receive an email tax receipt for any charitable contribution made on the website.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
The Sanford Brush and Palette Club has a 30 day cancellation policy which may be subject to change based upon the instructor and wait list. Please refer to the individual workshop listings for cancellation timelines which may differ. If we find it necessary to cancel the workshop or you cancel your registration within the policy, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration outside the policy no refund will be made, however you may transfer your registration to another person who can reimburse you for the workshop fees, if available.
The Sanford Brush & Palette Club (SBPC) does reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or workshop due to low enrollment, inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war, curtailment of transportation, or national or local emergencies, or for any other reason deemed sufficient by its Board of Directors.
