The Sanford Brush & Palette Club was founded in 1964 with seven members.
We’ve grown into a membership of more than one hundred diverse, talented artists.
The values of the founding members – who believed that fellowship and education were
vital to artistic growth – continue to be our main objective.

Join Us in an Artistic Journey Exploring New Paths and Creating New Foot Prints!

Congratulations to Nancy Berliner
SBPC’s 2026 Artist of the Year

Nancy Berliner, a watercolor artist, has been a member of the Sanford Brush & Palette Club since 2019. In addition to volunteering tirelessly at the SBPC Annual Art Show in October, Nancy serves as a committee member of the SBPC’s Art Angels for Budding Artists program, which provides grants to art teachers to purchase materials for special art projects in Lee County. Nancy has also served on the SBPC Scholarship Committee, which awards educational scholarships to Seniors planning on continuing their higher education in the visual arts. She has also served on the SBPC’s Board of Directors.
