Members support our mission while also enjoying many benefits such as networking with artists and arts supporters, discounts on select classes and workshops, and exhibition and sales opportunities (for artists participating in the Art Shows and in our Brick City Gallery).

Club Meetings are generally held six times per year with special Member gatherings interspersed at the Mann Center of NC. Our meetings provide information about club events and business / operational updates from the Board of Directors and Committees. We often invite special guests to present relevant information, and meetings often start with a 30-minute social opportunity to meet new club members.

Artist Members exhibit their work at local venues including Brick City Gallery, the Temple Theatre and the Enrichment Center. The Annual Art Show in October is a signature event that provides artists an opportunity to sell their art and showcase their talent and creativity The Show also allows Members to fulfill volunteer obligations and meet and talk with visitors.

Enjoy regularly scheduled art classes and workshops for members and non-members at all experience levels. Members enjoy discounts to selected workshops, and invitations to members-only classes (as available). Members may also benefit from workshop fee support provided by the John Wicker Workshop Fund.

Through our Art Angels Grants program, we support local art teachers and projects for students, and our Art Student Scholarship program provides financial assistance for high school seniors who are planning to major in visual arts or an art related college degree.
